DOL explores sustainable cosmetic packaging by shifting from disposability to longevity. Inspired by jewelry and doltaps—stacked stones symbolizing wishes in Korean tradition—it features a refillable concealer, blush, and highlighter that stack into a sculptural form. Made from post-manufactured aluminum, the design minimizes waste, extends product life, and elevates the makeup experience.
Each item is designed to stack in the order it is used: concealer at the base, followed by blush, then highlighter. As each product is applied and placed on top of the other, the user mimics the act of stacking stones, turning a daily beauty routine into a quiet ritual of intention—layering wishes and moments of self-care with each step.
Additionally, each product features a built-in mirror for on-the-go convenience, while magnetic closures ensure a secure and satisfying open-and-close experience. These details enhance both functionality and usability without compromising the sculptural aspect of the design.
